AURODIAN S.R.L. reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block an account, with immediate effect and without notice, for any user found engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities. Similarly, AURODIAN S.R.L. reserves the right to block an account, with immediate effect and without notice, if abnormal use of the account is detected, including the use of bots or other tools that AURODIAN SRL deems capable of altering or impairing the functionality of the website and its services.
In such cases, the account block will result in the cancellation of orders.
AURODIAN S.R.L. reserves the right to request that users who do not accept or intend to comply with these terms refrain from using the lavisiontin.com website.
Access to the website and its related services is intended for personal use only.
The display of the lavisiontin.com website provides customers with information about the Training Course offered along with the possibility to booking them.

Users accessing this website declare that they accept that all matters relating to the use of the LAVISIONTIN.COM website are governed by the current legislation of the Italian State.
AURODIAN S.R.L. does not guarantee in any way that the content of the website complies with the regulations in force in other countries. Access to the LAVISIONTIN.COM website from locations where its content is considered illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who choose to access the website from such countries are fully aware of the legal consequences and penalties they may incur and will be solely responsible for complying with local laws.
With regard to cross-border disputes, the platform for alternative extra-judicial dispute resolution under EU Regulation 434/2013 is accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions of Use (including those regarding application, interpretation, and effectiveness) falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We ask delegates not to take any photographs or videos during any of our training courses. Before and After photographs that are taken for the purposes of your training portfolio remain the property of Aurodian srl and are only for use as part of your training record. These images are not available for delegates to use in their own professional portfolios or on their social media/web pages.
Aurodian srl may take photos on the training day for use on our website, social media pages and marketing activities. All delegates will be asked to opt-in when completing the course registration at the beginning of the day. If you do not wish to be included in any course photos, please notify the coordinator on the day and
step away from any photographs being taken. In line with legislation, you have the right to change your mind at any time and request we remove any photograph with you in from our website or social media accounts. If you have any concerns or would like us to remove a photo of you, please contact info@aurodian.it
TRAINING COURSE BOOKINGS
Payment is required at the time of booking. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
A certificate of completion of the course will be issued upon completion.
Training course models will be provided for the purpose of education only for some courses. We require delegates to bring their own models. Delegates will share the consultation and treatment plan holistically for each model on the day of the course to reinforce a team learning exercise and enable interactive practical sessions.
Delegates without their own models will not be admit to participate and postpone to another session of course. We are not responsible if, due to unforeseen circumstances delegate’s models are absent: so we don’t refund the course fee.
Food will be provided by the company, please make us aware of any special dietary needs a week prior to the course so we can fulfil your requirements.
Please be aware that any delegates arriving late to the course may not be able to participate in the course or certified.
We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or hotel/accommodation costs incurred by delegates to attend our courses.
Course aftercare and support are offered to all delegates and guidance to help find employment will also be offered through our affiliations with aesthetic recruitment agencies. We do not, however, guarantee employment for all delegates as we are predominantly a training provider and not a recruitment company.
ONLINE TRAINING VIDEOS
Upon purchase, delegates will have access to videos via our website. Orders for our online training videos are non-refundable.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
The prices displayed on the website, payments, order receipts, and invoices are in Euros.
Referral Program
- Eligibility:
1.1 The Referral program is open to all current participants who have successfully completed a course with us valued above 2,000 euro.
1.2 Referrers must be individuals and not organisations.
- Referral Submission:
2.1 To participate, referrers must complete the official referral form with their full name, email, and the name and contact details of their referral.
2.2 Referrals submitted without accurate and complete information will not be eligible.
- Referral Reward:
3.1 Referrers will receive 500 euro in course credit for each successfully referred individual.
3.2 The choice of reward (course credit) will be made by the referrer after the successful referral submission.
- Referral Qualification:
4.1 A referred individual must enrol in and successfully complete a course with us valued at 2,000 euro or more for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
4.2 Referrers will receive their reward once the referred individual has completed their course.
- Reward Distribution:
5.1 Once a referee successfully completes their course, the referrer will receive a unique code via email.
5.2 Course credits can be applied to any future courses or packages we offer.
- No Limit on Referrals:
6.1 There is no limit to the number of individuals a referrer can refer.
6.2 Each successful referral will result in a separate reward.
- Program Period:
7.1 The Referral program is ongoing and can be terminated or modified at any time at our discretion.
- Termination or Modification of Referral Program:
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Referral program at any time without prior notice.8.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Fraudulent Activity:
9.1 Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fake referrals, may result in disqualification from the program.
- Data Privacy:
10.1 All personal information collected during the referral process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

REWARD PROGRAM
- Eligibility:
1.1 The Reward program is open to all current delegates who have successfully completed a course with us valued above £2,000.
1.2 Partecipants must be individuals or organisations who have benn enrolled previously in one of our courses.
- Reward Submission:
2.1 To participate, delegates must complete the official reward form with their full name, email, and the name of the course.
- Referral Reward:
3.1 Partecipants will receive 5 euro in course credit for each “social triplette” in his/her own IG profile.
3.2 This triplette is made on posting a media on feed (post feed or reel feed) with a) tag @lavision.training b) hastag #lavisiontraining and one or more IG stories by tagging @lavision.training.
3.3 Period of rewarding is 10 months after completion of a course. If Delegates will purchase another course, this time is countclock in addition.
3.4 “Social triplette” will be considered valid only if they contains the three actions mentioned before. Incomplete “social triplette” will not be counted.
- Rewarding Qualification:
4.1 A delegate individual must enrol in and successfully complete a course with us valued at £2,000 or more to qualify for the reward.
4.2 Delegates will receive their reward after the 10 months period.
- Reward Distribution:
5.1 Once a delegate successfully completes their period, will receive a unique code via email.
5.2 Course credits can be applied to any future courses or packages we offer.
- Limit on Reward:
6.1 Limit to the number of “social triplette” a delegate can make is set to a total of 1500 euro
- Program Period:
7.1 The Reward program is ongoing and can be terminated or modified at any time at our discretion.
- Termination or Modification of Reward Program:
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Reeard program at any time without prior notice.8.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Fraudulent Activity:
9.1 Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fake “social triplette”, may result in disqualification from the program.
- Data Privacy:
10.1 All personal information collected during the referral process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS POLICY
Please note cancellation charges apply. Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable. Bookings which are cancelled less than 1 month prior to the mastership\mentorship\masterclass (now, labeled as “course”) are 100% non-refundable.
We require at least 1 months written notice to make any changes to your course booking or training dates. We are not able to reschedule or move any training course bookings that fall within 1 month of the course date.
REBOOKING / TRANSFERRING YOUR COURSE DATE

If we have to cancel any course due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your training course booking to a later date. In such circumstances, any requests to cancel a course booking would be covered under our usual cancellation terms.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact delegates immediately and arrange an alternative date. We do not accept responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs from delegates.
We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates from the course that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our courses.
All courses purchased are to be booked and used within 12 months.
All courses are non-refundable after three months of purchase.
Online training videos do not provide students with a certificate, they aid in their learning and act as a refresher. They do not replace in person courses, and do not qualify students to administer treatment. These are only valid for 12 months, and are non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted by LAVISIONTIN.COM:
PAYPAL
It is the fastest and most secure online payment system. Once “PayPal” is selected as the payment method and the “Confirm Order” button is clicked, customers will be redirected to PayPal.com where they can choose to:
Make the payment with their personal PayPal account (the order amount will be debited from the PayPal account upon transaction completion);
or
Pay with any credit/prepaid card from the following networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
The system communicates directly with PayPal in total security, which means that lavisiontin.com.com never becomes aware of the customer’s payment method details. The amount will be directly charged to the card for which the customer provided the information. A confirmation email from PayPal will be received for each transaction. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account or the customer’s credit/prepaid card.
Payment with PayPal or Credit Card speeds up the order shipping process because the transaction is instantly verified, and the order is immediately processed.
STRIPE
Stripe is an external platform for online payments that allows payments to be made with debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards, etc.
It is a secure and fast solution: payments are processed almost instantly.
Creating a Stripe account is not necessary (although recommended): all you need is a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit, debit, or prepaid card.
Stripe supports 3D Secure for any payment and meets the strictest requirements for online security.
Stripe is certified as a PCI-compliant service provider, level 1.
For every transaction made using this method, a confirmation email will be sent from Stripe.
The order amount is charged to the bank account linked to the credit card at the time of order confirmation.
Stripe prevents fraudulent activity by detecting any suspicious activity and also collaborates with Global Partners Networks and Credit Card Networks to monitor fraudulent activity.
Customers can use the currency of their country of residence. The availability of other currencies depends on the location of the bank account linked to the credit/debit card.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account linked to the credit card.
AURODIAN s.r.l. disclaims any responsibility for purchase-related disputes. All disputes are directly handled by Stripe.

All transactions are processed through a secure server, ensuring maximum data protection AURODIAN SRL customers.
To provide greater protection for e-commerce purchases, AURODIAN requires 3D Secure authentication for all transactions made with a credit/debit/prepaid card. Through the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, customers are prompted to enter a security PIN to confirm the transaction. The PIN is sent via SMS or through the bank’s app where the bank account is allocated.
